Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can exchange it within Pakistan under the terms below.

Exchange window

  • Orders delivered within Pakistan can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to the replacement item being in stock.
  • Exchanges are accepted for size issues or if the item arrived damaged.

Conditions

  • The item must be unused and unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • Items purchased on sale or at a discount cannot be exchanged.
  • International orders are not eligible for exchange, return or refund.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. Where an exchange is not possible, we will issue a store credit coupon of the same value, which you can use on our website now or later.

How to request an exchange

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the exchange:
  2. Once we confirm your request meets the conditions above, we will share the address to send the item to.
  3. When we receive and check the item, we will dispatch your replacement.
