Shipping Policy
Delivery within Pakistan
- Delivery charge: Rs 200 per order.
- Free delivery on orders over Rs 9,999.
- Delivery time: 6–8 working days. New arrivals and latest launches can take up to 10–15 working days.
- Payment options: cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer, or debit/credit card.
International delivery
- Shipping charge: flat $30 per order, added at checkout.
- Delivery time: 15–20 working days.
- Payment must be made in advance by Visa/Mastercard or bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not available.
- Any customs duties or import taxes are payable by the customer.
- International orders are not eligible for exchange, return or refund.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Orders are dispatched daily at 6 pm, so please contact us before the first 6 pm after placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Panache Apparel may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if an order appears fraudulent. If this happens, we will contact you.
