Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless you choose another currency. Prices and promotions may change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and will let you know.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including when an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or an order appears fraudulent. Cancellation by you is possible before dispatch, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Orders within Pakistan can be paid by cash on delivery, bank transfer or debit/credit card. International orders must be paid in advance by card or bank transfer.

7. Exchanges and refunds

Exchanges and store credit are handled under our Return & Exchange Policy. We do not offer cash refunds, and international orders are not eligible for exchange, return or refund.
